ARC Signage Connects Black Bear Fans to a New Verified Storytelling Experience

ARC Document Solutions helped extend the Black Bear festival experience by giving fans a new way to share the music, moments and memories unfolding throughout the weekend.
During the 2026 Black Bear Americana Music Festival, ARC-produced signs invited attendees to scan a QR code and access Black Bear Verified Fan Stories, where verified participants could publish firsthand stories, photos and video from the festival.
Placed throughout Black Bear, the signage helped connect the energy of the live music and community with a digital space where those experiences could be captured and shared.
